Service of maintenance, technical support and development of the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud system for the AGH University of Science and Technology named after Stanisław Staszic in Kraków – KC-DE-zp.25.458.2026

Technical and professional capacity — The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:

1. In the last 3 (three) years before the date of the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, he has performed at least:
   1. in the scope of the SAP/S4HANA Information System at a public or private university acting in accordance with the Public Finance Act: one implementation or development and maintenance of the system in at least 6 of the following areas: FI, FM, GM, RE-FX, PM, HR-PA, HR-PY, VIM, SAC for at least 4000 users, with a value of at least PLN 5 000 000,00 gross;
   2. for the SAP/S4HANA system in the public sector: one implementation or development and maintenance of the system in at least 6 of the following areas: FI, CO, RE-FX, PM, HR-PA, HR-PY, VIM, SAC for at least 3000 users, with a value of at least PLN 5 000 000,00 gross (c) in the SAP ERP system including integration of SAP ERP into USOS and POLON systems: one implementation with a value of at least PLN 5 000 000,00 gross;
   4. in the VIM area at a public or non-public university operating under the Public Finance Act: one implementation of the VIM module with a value of at least PLN 500 000,00 gross. Note: The contractor must meet all the above conditions, with one project eligible for more than one condition.Where the contractor demonstrates the service in the course of implementation, the part of the contract already carried out must, at the date of submission of tenders, comply with the requirements laid down by the contracting authority.Where the value of the service is expressed in a currency other than PLN, in order to assess compliance with the condition of participation in the capacity procedure The Contracting Authority shall convert the indicated amount into PLN at the average rate of the National Bank of Poland in force on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. The contractor shall demonstrate that he has or will have the ability to perform the order, i.e.:
   • Consultant FI-AA,
   • Consultant FI-AA,
   • Consultant CO,
   • Consultant FM,
   • Consultant MM,
   • Consultant PM,
   • Consultant SD,
   • Consultant RE-FX,
   • Consultant VIM,
   • Consultant ABAP/Integration,
   • Consultant BASIS,
   • Consultant HR PA,
   • Consultant HR PY,
   • Consultant SAC,
   • Architect SAP, A detailed description of the requirements for persons able to perform the order is in the SWZ, in the condition of technical and professional capacity

Economic or financial situation The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:

1. it has funds or creditworthiness at the amount of PLN 5 000 000,00.
2. It has insurance against civil liability (OC) in the scope of its business related to the subject-matter of the contract for at least PLN 5 000 000,00.
