What the buyer wants
The contract is the delivery of the Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM) with integrated Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) for the internal Security Operations Center (SOC) of the manufacturer Cisco/Splunk [product name "Splunk Core + Enterprise Security (ES) Premier Edition"]. The contractor must provide the TK with a license with a scope of use of 1 terabyte/day (main license) and a license with a scope of use of 20 GB/day (test and development only) for at least 36 months.
