What the buyer wants
PROJECT The procurement is carried out by the State's brokerage services as defined in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject-matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 "Description of the subject-matter of the procurement 'and in Annexes 1.1 to 1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The agreement provides for the possibility to extend the contract period for up to two (2) years. The terms of the contract period and the terms of termination are specified in more detail in the contract (see points 5 and 29 of Annex A to the invitation to tender). PROJECT SCOPE The scope and estimated volumes of the procurement are described in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular Annexes 1, 1.1 to 1.7 and 5 to the invitation to tender.
