Warunki zdolności technicznej i zawodowej są następujące:
- W okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli działalność prowadzona jest krócej — w tym okresie, wykonawca należycie wykonał co najmniej jedną dostawę z instalacją i konfiguracją serwera, urządzenia UTM oraz NAS lub systemu backupu, o wartości tych dostaw i wdrożenia co najmniej 80 000 zł brutto. Dopuszcza się wykazanie wskazanego zakresu w maksymalnie dwóch zamówieniach, których wartości i zakresy łącznie spełniają wymaganie.
- W tym samym okresie należycie wykonał co najmniej jeden audyt techniczny bezpieczeństwa środowiska IT i co najmniej jeden test penetracyjny infrastruktury IT, łącznie o wartości minimum 10 000 zł brutto. Obie usługi mogą wynikać z jednej albo dwóch umów; mogą być także częścią zamówień wykazanych powyżej.
- Dysponuje co najmniej jedną osobą do wdrożenia, mającą minimum 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w administracji systemami i sieciami oraz udział we wdrożeniu obejmującym serwer, backup i VPN/UTM.
- Dysponuje co najmniej jedną osobą do audytu i testów, mającą minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w bezpieczeństwie IT oraz udział w co najmniej dwóch audytach technicznych lub testach penetracyjnych infrastruktury IT. Jedna osoba może pełnić obie funkcje, jeżeli spełnia oba wymagania. Nie wymaga się certyfikatów konkretnej organizacji ani producenta.
