What the buyer wants
1) The subject of the order is sale with delivery and commissioning of the telephone control unit for the Maritime University of Szczecin. 2. The exact description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the EGM. All the requirements set out in the documents referred to above are minimum requirements and are mandatory.
Failure to comply with the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act (3).
CPV nomenclature: 32551200-2 telephone control panels 45314000-1 Installation of telecommunications equipment 4) The names (trade marks) given by the Contracting Authority are of an exemplary nature and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, while the Contracting Authority allows the submission of tenders equivalent to the description of the contract. 5.
The subject-matter of the contract is defined by indicating the objective technical and qualitative characteristics and standards for which the indication of examples of trade marks is permitted. 6. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject matter of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions shall be permitted. 7.
The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject of the contract be brand-new, free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, authorised, packed in original packaging for the product concerned, accompanied by labels identifying the product, specifying its technical, qualitative, functional and usable parameters. The subject matter of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and the designation of origin (producer). 8. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial tenders.
