What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer servers along with dedicated graphics cards for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, quantities, and terms of contract performance are contained in: 1) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Price Form, 2) Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), 3) Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – Draft Contract. 3. The offered items of the contract must be complete, of a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, design, and legal defects. 4. The offered items of the contract must be authorized for marketing and use in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications, or reference systems, or where trademarks, parameters, or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions in accordance with Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Act. 6. The Contracting Authority does not restrict the possibility of applying for the contract exclusively to Economic Operators referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 7. The Contracting Authority does not impose the requirements referred to in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Act.
