FFurnizare AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS SMART ENERGY EFFICIENT TRANSDUCERS INNOVATION ACROSS VALUE CHAIN ASSET IXC - UTCN -PIIEC ME/CT – PARTICIPANȚI DIRECȚI ”finanțat prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență Specificațiile tehnice care indică o anumită origine, sursă, producție, un procedeu special, o marcă de fabrică sau de comerț, un brevet de invenție, o licență de fabricare sunt menționate doar pentru identificarea cu ușurință a tipului de produs și nu are ca efect favorizarea sau eliminarea anumitor operatori economici sau a anumitor produse, aceste specificații vor fi considerate ca având mențiunea ”sau echivalent” cu excepția situației unde se specifică altceva. Se vor achizitiona urmatoarele produse: Lot 1. Stații de lucru portabile - 22buc Lot 2. Stație de lucru - 1 buc Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere ale ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere ale ofertelor este de 18 zile. 1: Economic operators submitting the offer must prove a form of registration in accordance with the law of the country of residence, to reiterate that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution and that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities covered by the contract. Method of fulfilment: -supplement DUAE, following that the supporting document, i.e. the finding certificate issued by ONRC or for foreign bidders, equivalent document issued in the country of residence, shall be submitted only at the request of the contracting authority upon completion of the evaluation of tenders by the economic operator ranked first in the intermediate ranking drawn up upon completion of the evaluation of tenders. The NOC certificate shall also verify the CAEN code. Other supporting documents proving the fulfilment of those assumed by the DUAE supplement. If a group of economic operators submits the joint offer, this requirement must be met by each member of the group for the part of the contract they make.
