The subject of the order is the delivery of computing servers together with the network elements necessary for the manufacture of digital radio nodes which are part of the system being implemented in the project.National research infrastructure for the development of GNSS/ADS-B systems, with particular emphasis on automatic detection of the threats of the WORLD.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of compute servers along with network components necessary to create digital radio nodes included in the system implemented under the project titled "National research infrastructure for the development of GNSS/ADS-B systems with particular emphasis on automated threat detection ŚWIATOWID". 2. Detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are set out in Part IV of the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to grant the Contracting Authority a quality warranty and is obliged to perform the services arising therefrom. The warranty requirements are set out in Part III and IV of the SWZ. The warranty period will be calculated from the date of drawing up the acceptance report for the subject of the contract. 4. The delivered subject of the contract must be brand new, not previously used as exhibition models, complete, and in good working order. The term "brand new" shall be understood as a subject of the contract in original packaging, unused before the delivery date, excluding use strictly necessary to conduct a test of its proper operation after manufacture. 5. The delivered subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and third-party claims. 6. The delivered subject of the contract must originate from the manufacturer's distribution channel that does not exclude distribution to the Polish market and ensures the exercise of warranty entitlements. 7. The subject of the contract must be delivered along with user manuals, drivers, and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the contract (obtaining the full functionality specified in Part IV of the SWZ). The Contracting Authority shall not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted within the Contractor's remuneration, without time or territorial limitations, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Part IV of the SWZ. If licenses, codes, or other authorizations are needed to run and use this software, they must be provided at no additional charge. Codes, licenses, and other authorizations must also be provided when they are necessary to run or configure hardware components. The Contractor may fulfill the requirement referred to in the first sentence by providing the Contracting Authority with access to the manufacturer's website where manuals and software in Polish or English, etc., are available. In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with codes, passwords, etc., no later than the date of signing the delivery report of the subject of the contract, insofar as they are necessary to use this service. 8. On the day of preparing the bid, the offered subject of the contract may not be scheduled by the manufacturer for discontinuation of production or sale. 9. The delivered subject of the contract intended to be powered from the power grid must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power outlets, unless stated otherwise in Part IV of the SWZ. 10. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract covering ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes used to perform the contract does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes specified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the essential state security interest; 2) an ICT product whose type has been defined in the decision on recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, nor ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.
