   The subject of the acquisition is the appointment and videoconferencing system (later also the "System") for the use of Mikkeli City's customer services. The system to be acquired must allow for the management of customer time reservations and customer meetings of the City of Mikkeli's employment services through a single system. The aim is to obtain SaAS as a ready-made solution an easy-to-use comprehensive solution that meets the requirements of data protection and other legislation, which can be put in place in a timely manner. The acquisition aims at a comprehensive appointment and videoconferencing system as a ready-made solution, which provides ready-made operations for the management of time reservations and the execution of video conferencing. The manufacturing solution refers to the main finished product that can be configured for use by the Contracting Party without the acquisition being aimed at developing a fully tailored system. In the first phase, the system will be used by the employment services of the City of Mikkeli. Later on, the City of Mikkeli should have the possibility to extend the use of the system to other units. The acquisition seeks one (1) global supplier to deliver System SaAS as a service. The overall service shall include the necessary interfaces, programs, equipment software, licences and maintenance support services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The contract period is expected to start in November 2026 and is for an indefinite period.
