What the buyer wants
The subject of the envisaged award is the tendering of operational, support, project and updating services for central unified communication and collaboration platforms. This includes in particular for the telephony sector the existing central Cisco VoIP infrastructure including supplementary communication components (e.g. exchange solutions, DECT, fax and alarm services) as well as for the video conferencing sector (with telephony functions) the central Webex cloud platform and future Microsoft Teams solution or Microsoft 365. For the determination of the economic ratio, both prices and performance criteria and the professional qualifications of the staff employed are used, for more details see Appendix E.1
