What the buyer wants
The object of the contract is to perform a geodesic service, whose purpose is to update the database of land and building records in terms of eliminating differences in registration and geometrical surfaces for selected registration plots of Raciborski County. The subject matter of the contract shall include a list of 50 parcels. The difference is to be eliminated by calculating its surface area in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 18 August 2020 on technical standards for the implementation of geodetic situational and altitude measurements and the development and transmission of the results of these measurements to the State geodetic and cartographic resources (Journal of Laws of 2022 item 1670). The above is related to the analysis of source materials, confirmation and/or acquisition of the attributes of border points of parcels with ISD=fulfills parameters, SPD=fixed, surface calculation and list of changes to the registration data, and the development of a technical operation and gml file to update the database.
