Declaration of the total turnover of the undertaking, as well as the turnover relating to the particular type of service covered by the award, in each case in relation to the last three financial years. Turnover of at least 2.000.000 EUR net on average over the last three years for the provision and introduction of an Identity & Access Management Systems (excluding license costs, excluding software rental costs (subscription), excluding maintenance costs and excluding maintenance costs).

Reference 1: References about the successful productive use of the offered on-premises-based software Identity & Access Management Systems including a service and support contract for at least one year. The project has been successfully implemented and completed in the last 5 years and has been successfully in productive operation for at least one year. There was a service/support contract.

Reference 2 &3: Two references about the successful productive use of the offered software Identity & Access Management Systems including a service and support contract.

Additional points can be achieved in the application for participation through the following criteria. - Employees on average of the last three years with the focus of the above-mentioned IAM disciplines: 13-16 employees - Employees on average of the last three years with the focus of the above-mentioned IAM disciplines: 17-25 employees - Employees on average of the last three years with the focus of the above-mentioned IAM disciplines: > 25 employees A maximum of three points can be achieved. Additional points can be achieved in the application for participation through the following criteria. - Turnover 2.000.000 - 2.500.000 EUR on average total for the said service - Turnover 2,500.001 - 3.500.000 EUR on average total for the said service - Turnover > 3,500,000 EUR on average for the said service A maximum of three points can be achieved. Additional points can be achieved in the application for participation through the following criteria. Reference 1: - The reference project was carried out with a public contracting authority - The project volume of the reference project (implementation service without license costs) comprises a sum of 350,000 EUR net or more. - The software used in the reference project can be used by 1000 users or more simultaneously without interference and performant. - The software used in the reference project manages 12,000 identities or more per year by the client. The software used in the reference project is used by the client to manage 500 business profiles (Business Roles) or more. - The reference project uses the human resource management system SAP HCM via a standard connector as a source system for the IAM of the reference project. Text-based import interfaces are not considered as standard connectors for the client. A maximum of 6 points can be achieved. More details can be found in the procurement documents.

There was a service/support contract. - The software is used on-premises. - The reference project was carried out with a public contracting authority. - The project volume of the reference project (implementation service without license costs) comprises a sum of 350,000 EUR net or more - The software used in the reference project can be used by 1000 users or more simultaneously without disruption and performant via the software used in the reference project are managed by the client 12,000 identities or more per year - via the software used in the reference project, the client manages 12,000 identities or more per year. The software used in the reference project is used by the client to manage 500 business profiles (Business Roles) or more. - The reference project uses the human resource management system SAP HCM via a standard connector as a source system for the IAM of the reference project. Tax Safety Certificate issued by the competent tax office on taxes paid (not older than 6 months)

Proof of an adequate level of security, in particular: - by certification according to ISO/IEC 27001 or - ISO/IEC 27001 on the basis of IT basic protection or - by a documented and established process for secure software development (Secure Development Lifecycle) or - an equivalent proof.
