What the buyer wants
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of the SW module for a comprehensive analysis of the reliability acquired for the needs of the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of the University of Tomáš Bati in Zlín in scope and in accordance with the specifications. The subject matter of the performance of the contract shall include the acquisition of 28 pcs of licences for the use of the SW module.
Part of the performance is the transfer of the licence keys and activation data needed for installation. The subject-matter of the performance of the contract is further defined in Annex 1 to the Technical Specification and Annex 2 to the Purchase Agreement, which will clearly show compliance with the contracting authority's requirements for the subject-matter of the performance of the contract.
