Information on previous comparable projects and references of the tenderer Minimum requirements: the completion of the reference contract [end of contract] may not have been completed more than three years (deadline date: expiry of the tender deadline) and is required at least. three (3) reference orders (e.g. framework agreements), The provider delivers at least three comparable references in the public or regulated area, in which at least two prove a change of technology in the virtualization area in the last three years and each of which comprises at least the following net order volume: Lot 1: 800,000.00 € Lot 2: 100,000.00 € Lot 3: 100,000.00 € Lot 4: 100,000.00 € (The submission of the same references for several lots is permitted). References shall be completed when deliveries have been made at least equal to the net order volumes required per lot.

Company liability insurance: self-declaration when submitting an offer is sufficient. Providing proof by submitting a copy of a current civil liability insurance certificate or a commitment to take out a corresponding civil liability insurance is indispensable in the case of placing an order. Minimum requirements: Required minimum insurance coverage of 3 million Euro for personal injury, 1 million Euro for damage to property and 1 million Euro for financial loss at least twice the maximum annual performance
