Description of further quality assurance measures: [ for lot 2 - 5 ] Confirm and describe that and how your company meets the requirements of ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz and this is maintained during the term of the contract. If at the time of submission of the offer there is still no complete proof of the implementation of the BSI IT-Grundschutz, the willingness to do so is due. to declare and provide it at the latest after the award of the contract by an accredited body.

The client expressly reserves the right to request corresponding proof. Note: A description of the processes and measures can be waived if the bidder has a currently valid certification acc. ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz. The client expressly reserves the right to request further proof in the procedure.

(Exclusion criterion) NOTE: For the specific provision of services - in particular remote maintenance access - a certification of the contractor according to ISO 27001 on the basis of BSI IT-Grundschutz will be necessary due to requirements of third parties.

Certified Information Security Expert and Deputy: [ for lots 2 - 5 ] Please appoint one (1) ISO 27001 certified Information Security Expert (m/f/d) and his/her deputy (certified as appropriate) who will be used in the course of the service provision in the event of the Z-schlags grant. Including the type of certification.

The client expressly reserves the right to request further proof in the procedure. ======Indicate the intended technicians: [ for lot 2 - 5 ] Please indicate the intended technicians and their qualifications in relation to the system components you offer.

The qualifications of the technicians must be described in detail and should include the following information: Field of expertise: Specify in which field of expertise the technician specializes (e.g. IT security, network technology, operating system administration).

• Training and Certificates: Describe the training completed, relevant degrees and relevant certifications.
• Professional experience: Specify how many years of experience the technician has in the respective areas and on which projects these experiences have been gained.
• System Component Specialization: Explain how the technician’s qualifications are tailored to the system components offered and which specific skills are critical to service delivery.

Proof of a certified quality management system: [ for lot 2 - 5 ] The bidder must provide proof of a valid certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for his company. Note: The contracting authority also recognises equivalent certificates from accredited bodies from other countries.

Information Security Management Certification: [ for lot 2 - 5 ] Confirm that your company is ISO 27001 certified and that this certification is maintained during the contract term. Note: The contracting authority also recognises equivalent certificates from accredited bodies from other countries.

Where, for reasons beyond the control of the tenderer, the tenderer is unable to obtain the certificates concerned within the tendering period, the contracting entity shall also accept other documents relating to equivalent quality assurance systems, provided that the tenderer proves that the proposed quality assurance measures comply with the required quality assurance standards. The client expressly reserves the right to request further proof in the procedure.

Readiness for security inspection: [ for lots 1 - 5 ] Confirm that the employees you employ for the provision of services are subject to a simple security inspection in accordance with art. 9 par. 1 no. 9 BaySÜG? Please note: If the customer requires the security check, non-complainantly checked employees of the contractor cannot be used for the provision of services.

Liability insurance: [ for lot 1 - 5 ] Confirmation of the existence of a valid company liability insurance with the following sums:

• 1 million. Euro for property damage,
• 0.5 million Euro for property damage and
• 1 million for personal injury

Self-declarations ag. Section 4.2 of the Application Conditions: [ for lot 1 - 5 ] Formal and content-free self-declarations according to point. 4.2 of the Conditions of Approval, in particular on grounds of exclusion and in matters of "Russia sanctions". ====== Maintaining eligibility: [for lots 1 - 5] Do you confirm that you will maintain your eligibility according to your information over the term of the contract? ======= No conflicts of interest: [ for lots 1 - 5] Do you confirm that you have no interests whatsoever which are in conflict with the intended conclusion of the contract and could influence it to the detriment of the client?

Annual turnover in relation to the subject-matter of the contract: Presentation of the annual turnover of the last three (3) closed financial years, as far as services comparable to the service to be awarded are concerned. Net turnover per financial year shall be disclosed. Net annual sales must correspond on average to at least lot 1: 400,000 euros net lot 2: 500,000 euros net lot 3: 2,000,000 euros net lot 4: 720,000 euros net lot 5: 1,000,000 euros net per financial year in the corresponding business area (minimum requirement).
