The participant should have carried out activities with an object and volume identical to or similar to those of the order for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender (Art. 63, para 1, item 1 (b) of the Public Procurement Act). Minimum requirement: satisfied at least 1 /one/ service with an object identical or similar to that of the order for the last three years from the date of submission of the tender. The following activities identical to or similar to the subject of the procurement should be understood as services involving maintenance activities for communication equipment and/or servers and/or data storage systems or equivalent. The services that have been successfully completed at the date of submission of the tender are referred to as "successful'. The contracting authority shall not require volume. The participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by reference to the information in Section C of Part IV: Upon request by the contracting authority, in the cases referred to in Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act and upon conclusion of a contract for proof of compliance with the set selection criterion, the participant shall provide List of services identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract, c indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with proof of the service performed (Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act). The evidence should be issued by the service provider in the form of protocols, references, recommendations, etc. documents or by indicating a public register in which information on the service is published. The contracting authority may not accept any evidence of technical and professional capabilities provided where it arises from a person who has an interest which may result in a benefit within the meaning of Art. 76 of the GBSLP

The participant should apply a system according to EN ISO 9001:20xx or equivalent to quality management with a scope of certification similar to the subject-matter of this procurement. (Art. 63, para 1, item 10) A similar subject-matter of this procurement should be understood as activities related to maintenance of communication equipment and/or servers and/or data storage systems or equivalent. In order to establish compliance with the requirement set out in Section D of Part IV: The circumstances of this paragraph shall be demonstrated when concluding the contract by presenting a certified copy of a valid certificate according to standard EN ISO 9001:20xx or equivalent to quality management, according to Art. 64, para. 1 item 10 of the ZOP. On the basis of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria The contracting authority may, at any time after the opening of the tenders, require participants to submit all or part of the documents demonstrating the information referred to in the EEDOP where necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.
