Сервизна софтуерна поддръжка и консултации на място за IBM SPSS лицензи за нуждите на Националния статистически институт

This order aims at service software support and on-site consultations for IBM SPSS licenses for the needs of the National Statistical Institute. The support is for one year and includes the following activities: • delivery of new subversions (update) and main versions (upgrade) of the products, for the duration of the contract per media medium; • advice by telephone, on the maintenance and operation of products - every working day from 8.30 am to 6 pm; • unlimited number of requests for solution of problems (cases) to IBM, in case of need for escalating problems; • service service is carried out through a single entry point (help desktop) for all technical problems. Access to the single entry point is made via telephone, fax and e-mail; • service is performed by certified specialists with working language - Bulgarian; • response time is up to two hours after receipt of the request at the single entry point of service. Provision of on-site services on-site consultations and on-site services on request of the NSI, up to 25 hours for the installed IBM SPSS licenses in the NSI such as: • The period of reaction of the application is up to four hours after receipt and at the single entry point of service; • consultations are carried out by certified qualified specialists in Bulgarian. 1. Implementing guarantee: Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant appointed as contractor shall provide a guarantee for the execution of the contract of 10% (ten per cent) of the value of the contract without VAT. 2. The guarantee shall be provided in one of the following forms: - cash amount; - bank guarantee; - insurance that ensures the performance by covering the contractor's liability. The guarantee may be provided on behalf of the contractor at the expense of a third party. The participant appointed as the contractor chooses the form of the guarantee himself. The bank costs of opening contracts guarantees are at the expense of the designated contractor. The contractor shall provide for and pay the necessary fees for opening and servicing the guarantees so that the amount of the guarantee is not less than those set out in this participation documentation. 3. Where the selected contractor is a non-legal entity, each of its partners may order the bank guarantee, respectively an importer of the amount under the guarantee or insurance holder. 4. The conditions and time limits for the retention or release of the enforcement guarantee shall be laid down in the contract as the contracting entity does not owe interest on the time when the funds have legally remained in it. 5.
