What the buyer wants
The acquisition is aimed at providing an intelligent assessment of the need for care and services as a software service (SaaS) for use in the Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area. The acquisition includes: • smart care and software support for the evaluation of service needs; • delivery project for the deployment of the software service; • continuous support and advisory services for the entire contract period. The solution should be used as part of the digital access channels in the well-being area and as a tool for professionals in multi-channel communication (e.g. online services, chat, telephone). The solution will be integrated into the Flowmedik chat platform in the Eastern-Uusimaa well-being area. The estimated value of the contract, calculated in accordance with the Procurement Act, free of VAT for four (4) years is EUR 250 000.00 (€) including use of software, delivery project, support and advice services and expert services. The period of validity of the contract shall be two (2) years, renewable for an indefinite period.
