Bundesdruckerei GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "client") is one of the leading companies in high-security technology. The core competencies lie in the management and application of secure identities of persons, data, processes and systems for the governmental and regulatory market as well as for medium-sized companies. The client’s consulting offer rounds off the solution portfolio and enables the client’s customers to be accompanied on the way to secure digital transformation.
The client’s existing IT infrastructure in the area of design software is based on solutions from the manufacturer Autodesk. Subscriptions exist for the products already in use, which are to be renewed. The renewal of Autodesk subscriptions is the subject of this tender. In addition, the advertised service also extends to the optional procurement of additional subscriptions. The commissioning of the services to be provided under this contract can also be carried out by secondary clients in addition to the client.
These include all companies affiliated with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH or its subsidiaries in accordance with §§ 15 ff. AktG affiliated enterprises listed in Appendix 7 (List of affiliated enterprises) to the contract ("secondary contracting entities") and such enterprises resulting from these enterprises.
According to the current state, the following companies are considered as secondary clients in addition to Bundesdruckerei GmbH: D-Trust GmbH genua GmbH iNCO Sp. z o.o. Xecuro GmbH Maurer Electronics GmbH Maurer Electronics Split d. o.o.Subject to the approval of the contractor, as secondary clients also all those who are to be added at a later date according to § 15 ff. AktG related companies apply.
