Vitos is the largest provider for the treatment of mentally ill people in Hessen. The company operates psychiatric, psychosomatic and forensic psychiatric clinics as well as psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. The accompanying psychiatric services are aimed at chronically mentally ill people. In addition to his core task - the diagnosis and treatment of mentally ill people - Vitos also operates an orthopaedic specialist clinic in Kassel as well as facilities for youth and disabled care throughout Hesse.

The subject of this procurement procedure is the extension of the existing 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud licenses for an additional 36 months, as well as the extension of 2,389 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Use Case Add-on licenses for another 36 months. The volume is at 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud licenses and 2,389 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Use Case Add-on licenses. The current licenses 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud expire on 20.12.2026.
Extension and enlargement must be seamless. The extension shall be for a further 3 years. Contracts shall commence from the date of award of the contract. The contractual licenses are to be provided by 21.12.2026, so that a seamless transition is ensured. The contracting authority/entity undertakes to contract all licences mentioned in the specification no later than one week after the award of the contract. The contract ends upon expiry of the procured licenses, on 20.12.2029.
Vitos gGmbH advertises the contract as contracting authority according to § 15 of the Ordinance on the award of public contracts (Procurement Ordinance - VgV) by way of an open procedure.

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the most economical tender. The only award criterion is the price according to the specification. The award goes to the offer with the lowest "Sum Prize Critix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Extension and Addon Licenses". The value price is formed from the sum of the total prices in $ net / year (= quantity x individual price in $ net / year) for positions 1 to 6. Since experience shows that the Citrix licenses offered are regularly procured by bidders in US dollars, the following applies to the offer price: In the specification, the individual prices for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd license year (items 1 to 6 in the specification) are entered in $ net per year. The registered prices are binding for the entire contract period. The billing is done in advance for the respective license year. Decisive is the respective total price in $ net for the respective license year. The invoices shall be presented in euro annually and not later than 10 days after the licences have been made available.
