Awarding of services for queries in an existing business intelligence system, web applications, forecasts, modeling, and iframe applications including consulting and maintenance for public transport

See participation form corporate liability insurance for at least 2 million. EUR for personal injury and at least EUR 2 million for other damage. The reimbursement of the insurance must be at least twice the above-mentioned sums of cover per year. The proof must be provided by insurance confirmation, must not be older than one year at the time of expiry of the participation period and must be enclosed with the application.

If no proof can be provided by insurance confirmation, the participant must attach to his request for participation a written declaration from his insurer in which he declares his willingness to take out insurance in the case of an order in the corresponding amount with the participant. Candidate groups shall provide proof of this for the applicant community or for each member of the applicant community.

At least 2 company references on previously executed projects in the field of activity of the contract ((further) development and operation of business intelligence systems) in the last three years before the expiry of the participation period. The prerequisite for the eligibility of the references is that they are references of the company which correspond to the advertised services according to their degree of difficulty (participation form D.II).

Each reference shall meet the following characteristic a. Characteristics b) to f must be covered by the totality of the submitted references: a The subject is the (further) development and / or the operation of a traffic or mobility data platform in the bus or rail sector. b Reference about at least one contract for a contracting authority within the meaning of § 99 GWB or a sector contracting authority within the meaning of § 100 GWB. c) At least one reference included a project volume of at least EUR 250,000 gross. d At least one reference included at least two of the areas Qlik (or equivalent), ETL/DWH and AI/Advanced Analytics. e At least one reference included the ongoing operation of a traffic or mobility data platform in the bus or rail sector. f At least one reference included (further) development in the area of contract or financial controlling.

A reference can cover several of the features b) to f. In the case of candidate communities and in the case of eligibility loans (paragraph 4), the characteristics b) to f can be determined by references of different members or companies are proven. Each individual reference shall comply with characteristic a.

At least 2 references of the envisaged project management about previously executed projects in the field of activity of the contract in the last three years ((further) development and operation of business intelligence systems) before the expiry of the period of participation.

The eligibility of the references is conditional on the references of the intended project management corresponding to the services advertised according to their degree of difficulty (participation form D.III).Each reference must meet the following characteristic (a).Characteristics (b) to (d)) must be covered by all the references submitted:(a) The subject is the (further) development and / or the operation of a traffic or mobility data platform in the bus or rail sector.

Reference about at least one contract for a contracting authority within the meaning of § 99 GWB or a sector contracting authority within the meaning of § 100 GWB.c At least one reference included a project volume of at least EUR 250,000 gross.d At least one reference included at least two of the ranges Qlik (or equivalent), ETL/DWH and AI/Advanced Analytics.A reference may cover several of the characteristics b to d.

Entry in the professional or commercial register. A current professional/commercial register extract, not older than three months at the end of the period of participation, is attached (participation form B.II).
