LOS 1 to LOS 3: Description of further quality assurance measures Confirm and describe that and how your company meets the requirements of ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz and this is maintained during the term of the contract. • Return of the contract declared by the client
• Termination of the contract declared before the client for important reason
• The client asserts not insignificant contractual penalties
• Not inconsiderable reduction of the scope of services compared to the one defined for initial commissioning.

The project management certification must be at least at the level of a Project Management Professional (PMP) or an IPMA Level c or equivalent certification. The qualifications of technicians shall be described in detail and should include the following information: Field of expertise: Specify in which field the technician specializes (e.g. IT security, network technology, operating system administration).

• Education and Certificates: Describe the training completed, relevant degrees and relevant certifications.
• Professional experience: Indicate how many years of experience the technician has in the respective areas and on which projects this experience has been gained.Specialization in System Components: Explain how the technician’s qualifications are tailored to the system components offered and which specific capabilities are critical to service delivery. ====== LOS 1 to LOS 4: Willingness to carry out security checks Confirm that the employees you employ for the provision of services are subject to a simple security check in accordance with art. 9 par. 1 no. 9 BaySÜG?Please note: If the customer requires the security check, non-complainantly checked employees of the contractor cannot be used for the provision of services.

LOS 1 to LOS 3: Certified quality management system The bidder must provide proof of a valid certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for his company. Note: The contracting authority also recognises equivalent certificates from accredited bodies from other countries. The client expressly reserves the right to request further proof in the procedure.

LOS 1 to LOS 3: Information Security Management Certification Confirm that your company is ISO 27001 certified and that this certification is maintained during the contract term. Note: The contracting authority also recognises equivalent certificates from accredited bodies from other countries.

Where, for reasons beyond the control of the tenderer, the tenderer is unable to obtain the certificates concerned within the tendering period, the contracting entity shall also accept other documents relating to equivalent quality assurance systems, provided that the tenderer proves that the proposed quality assurance measures comply with the required quality assurance standards. The client expressly reserves the right to request further proof in the procedure.

LOS 1 to LOS 4: Liability insurance Confirmation of the existence of a valid company liability insurance with the following coverage sums:

• 1 million. Euro for property damage,
• 0.5 million Euro for property damage and
• 1 million for personal injury. The customer reserves the right to request a corresponding proof.

LOS 1 to LOS 4: self-declarations acc.

Section 4.2 of the Application Conditions: Formal and content-free self-declarations according to point. 4.2 of the application conditions, in particular on grounds for exclusion and in matters of "Russia sanctions". ====== Preservation of eligibility Do you confirm that you will maintain your eligibility according to your information over the term of the contract? ======= No conflict of interests Do you confirm that you have no interests whatsoever which are in conflict with the intended conclusion of the contract and could influence it to the detriment of the client? ======= Service authorization Confirm that you have been provided by the manufacturers of the service. Are the products used authorized to provide services (care & maintenance)?

Annual turnover in relation to the subject-matter of the contract Presentation of the annual turnover of the last three (3) completed financial years, as far as services comparable to the service to be awarded are concerned. Net turnover per financial year shall be disclosed. Net annual sales must correspond on average to at least lot 1: 750,000 euros net lot 2: 2,000,000 euros net lot 3: 700,000 euros net lot 4: 200,000 euros net per financial year in the corresponding business area (minimum requirement).
