Implementation of the Information Security Management System (SZBI) and the Continuity Management System (SZCD) for IT and OT environments. 3. Conducting final audit and penetration and safety tests of the IT/OT environment. 4. Delivery, installation, implementation and configuration of hardware infrastructure (dedicated servers, backup server, NGFW devices for IT and OT, Enterprise and OT class switches, Rack cabinets, OT backup devices, monitoring probes and protecting OT network). 5. Delivery and activation of software and licenses (backup software with ransomware protection, integrated SIEM platform, NAC software with HoneyPot, EDR/XDR systems for IT and OT stations, system licenses and NGFW security features). 6. Providing comprehensive training to build awareness of cyber threats for staff (7 people) along with access to dedicated platforms: training, phishing and reporting, as well as specialized technical training for administrator (1 person). 7. Provision of technical support, implementation assistance and warranty for equipment and software solutions supplied.
