The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery, assembly, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete innovative exhibition and education zone in Drohichin along with the completion of the necessary construction, installation and finishing works, based on the design documentation annexed to the SWZ. Detailed order description includes Annex 1a – Description of the order. Public contract co-financed by the cross-border cooperation programme Poland – Ukraine 2021 – 2027. The beneficiary declares compliance with the DNSH principle; the contractor is obliged to deliver the supplies in such a way as to ensure that compliance is maintained and to provide the required evidence.

Wykonawca spełni warunek w zakresie zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej, jeżeli wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał lub wykonuje w sposób należyty co najmniej:
- dostawę i montaż sprzętu audiowizualnego i wideokonferencyjnego – o wartości co najmniej 300 000,00 zł brutto, lub
- dostawę i montaż sprzętu multimedialnego i audiowizualnego – o wartości co najmniej 300 000,00 zł brutto, lub
- dostawę i montaż sprzętu multimedialnego i wideokonferencyjnego – o wartości co najmniej 300 000,00 zł brutto. W przypadku gdy wskazane zamówienie obejmowało również inny zakres dostaw, usług lub robót, wartość co najmniej 300 000,00 zł brutto musi dotyczyć zakresu odpowiadającego jednemu z wariantów wskazanych w lit. a–c. W przypadku, gdy wartość umowy została określona w walucie innej niż PLN przeliczenie nastąpi wg średniego kursu złotego ogłoszonego przez Prezesa NBP i obowiązującego w dniu publikacji ogłoszenia.
