1. As part of the performance of the order - the contracting party requires the delivery of IT equipment together with the necessary software and implementation. 2. The equipment must be brand new, not older than January 2026. 3. The parameters given in the table are the minimum limit requirements (cut-off) for failure to meet the offer. 6. Computer equipment delivered to the Customer must be new, complete and free of defects. Equipment must be unused and sold through a legal distribution channel within the EU. 7. The equipment supplied must have the required declarations and certificates or equivalent documents/certificates. 8. General requirements for software supplied with computers: a. the contracting party requires a factory new software, unused and not previously activated on another device, with a certificate of authenticity; b. The contracting party requires the provision of the software together with documents confirming its legality, in accordance with the manufacturer's licensing rules (e.g. license keys, purchase documents, access to the manufacturer's portal or other forms of confirmation). c. The Contracting Authority shall allow verification of the originality of the software provided to the Software Manufacturer in the event of doubts as to its legality. 4. The purchaser will verify the legality of the software and the warranty conditions of the equipment supplied. In order to confirm the conformity of the object with the offer, the Ordering Party reserves the right to unpack computers and open computer enclosures to verify delivery in the presence of a representative of the Contractor. If the subject of the order differs from the equipment delivered, the Contracting Authority will not receive delivery 5. On the day of receipt, the Contractor shall provide documentation containing in particular: a. Warranty cards of the equipment supplied b. Material certificates, certificates, declarations of conformity/declarations of performance (if applicable); c. Documents for marketing in the European Union (CE certification) d. Instructions for use or use/service, 6. All equipment equipped with SFP/SFP+ ports required under the order must be supplied with the corresponding optical 10Gb/s SR type inserts for multi-modal light (MMF, LC duplex connector) in a number providing full start and combination of all the equipment supplied, without the need to purchase additional elements by the Contracting Authority.
