O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej tj.:
- w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej 1 zamówienie obejmujące swoim zakresem dostawę, wdrożenie oraz wsparcie techniczne (w tym co najmniej instalację i konfigurację) systemu klasy WAF o wartości nie mniejszej niż 200 000,00 zł brutto.
- dysponuje lub będzie dysponował co najmniej 2 osobami zdolnymi do wykonania zamówienia i spełniającymi poniższe wymagania:
- doświadczenie w zakresie projektowania i wdrażania systemów klasy WAF, potwierdzone udziałem, w co najmniej 1 w pełni zakończonym projekcie o wartości, co najmniej 200 000 PLN brutto.
- doświadczenie w zakresie instalacji i konfiguracji urządzeń klasy WAF, doświadczenie potwierdzone udziałem, w co najmniej 1 w pełni zakończonym projekcie o wartości, co najmniej 200 000 PLN brutto. Zamawiający dopuszcza, aby jedna osoba spełniała jednocześnie wymagania określone w pkt 1 i pkt 2, pod warunkiem, że skład całego zespołu skierowanego do realizacji zamówienia będzie liczył co najmniej 2 osoby.
