Zamawiający określa warunek udziału w postępowaniu dotyczący zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej, w zakresie posiadania doświadczenia umożliwiającego realizację zamówienia na odpowiednim poziomie jakości.
Wobec powyższego Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wykazać, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania, oferta jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie co najmniej 2 umów, których przedmiotem były/są usługi, z których każda polegała na podniesieniu (migracji) systemu operacyjnego Windows Server z wersji niższej do wyższej, , przy czym wykazane wdrożenie musiało obejmować nie tylko migrację samego systemu operacyjnego, ale również skuteczne przeniesienie, rekonfigurację i uruchomienie aplikacji biznesowych / bazodanowych działających na systemie źródłowym na system docelowy wyższy bez utraty ciągłości działania tych aplikacji, o wartości co najmniej 10 000 zł brutto każda.
