  2. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki dotyczące:
    1. zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
    2. uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów: Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
    3. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
    4. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Wykonawca spełni ten warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, należycie wykonał, a w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych również należycie wykonuje, co najmniej 2 (dwa) zamówienia polegające na dostawie infrastruktury IT lub OT, obejmujące w szczególności: serwery lub urządzenia sieciowe, oprogramowanie cyberbezpieczeństwa oraz elementy infrastruktury towarzyszącej (np. systemy zasilania, szafy rack), o wartości nie mniejszej niż 100 000,00 zł netto każde.Przez jedno zamówienie Zamawiający rozumie dostawę zrealizowaną w ramach jednej umowy; Zamawiający nie dopuszcza sumowania wartości kilku umów w celu wykazania wartości jednego zamówienia.
