Delivery and warranty support of hardware equipment for the needs of the Bulgarian National Radio

The participant must have completed a minimum of 1 (one) delivery with an object identical or similar to that of the order in the previous three years from the date of submission of the tender (Art. 63, para 1, item 1, b. Deliveries with a subject, a reference or a reference shall be understood as: delivery and maintenance of hardware/server equipment. The contracting authority shall not set a minimum volume requirement.

The The circumstances shall be certified in Part IV: Selection criteria, Section C: In the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para.1 the requirement shall be demonstrated by a list of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject of the contract, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents proving the delivery (Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act).

The participant should apply quality management standards: Quality management system according to standard BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent to the scope similar to the subject-matter of the contract. A range in the area of supply and security support of computer equipment is considered to be the same subject of the contract. The contracting authority will also accept equivalent certificates issued by authorities established in other Member States.

The circumstances shall be certified in Part IV: If the relevant documents are available in electronic format, indicate: web address, authority or service issuing the document, accurate reference to the document. In the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, the requirement shall be certified with copies of certificates of quality management.

Note: The certificate must be issued by independent persons accredited under the relevant series of European standards by the Executive Agency The contracting authority shall also accept other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures where a candidate or participant has not had access to such certificates or has not been able to obtain them within the relevant time limits for reasons beyond its control.
