What the buyer wants
The subject of the order is the delivery, implementation and configuration of Next Generation Firewall devices (hereinafter the equipment) together with the delivery of the necessary licenses, subscriptions, Service and implementation \ access to the management platform, including:
- delivery of Firewall NGF Type I – 4 pcs,
- delivery of Firewall NGF Type II – 2 pcs,
- delivery of Management Platforms – 2 pcs,
- software service and computer hardware repair. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, payments, etc. are set out in the Designed Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter ‘PPU’), which constitute Annex No 2 to the SWZ and Description of the Subject matter of the contract (hereinafter ‘OPZ’), which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

- The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be met if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 (three) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, he has carried out and, in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he also performs duly: at least 2 (two) contracts each consisting in the supply of equipment, subscription and service of the manufacturer and the provision of service support services Contractors for NGFW (Next Generation Firewall) devices, with a value of at least PLN 1 500 000,00 gross each.
- Where the subject-matter of the contract is repeated or continuous services The Ordering Party allows not only orders executed (i.e. completed), but also executed. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall require that the part of the contract completed until the time limit for the submission of tenders meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority in the condition.
- Where the value of the contract is expressed in a currency other than PLN, The contractor shall be obliged to convert it to PLN on the basis of the average exchange rate of the currency published by the NBP (as shown in Table A of the Exchange Rates of Foreign Exchange) on the day of publication of this contract in the Official Journal of the European Union.If the publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union occurs on the day when the NBP does not publish the average rate table, the rate from the average rate table, published on the next day following the publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be adopted.
- The Contracting Authority will consider the condition to be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has or will have a three-person team, including the following persons:
- not less than 2 (two) Network Security Systems Engineers (NGFW) - each of whom meets all of the following requirements:
- fluently speaks Polish in speech and writing,
- certified by the manufacturer of the offered NGFW solution confirming the competence to design, implement and maintain advanced network security systems, corresponding to, enabling the independent implementation and configuration of the offered solution,
- not less than 1 (one) Network Security Expert of the IT Systems meeting all of the following requirements:
- fluently uses Polish in speech and writing,
- certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Information Systems Auditor or equivalent certificate.
- In the case of the submission of equivalent certificates, it is required that they include:
- having the same scope and level of knowledge and experience;
- confirming the certificate by examination if obtaining the certificate requires an examination. An equivalent certificate may not be issued by the Contractor or a subsidiary of the Contractor. NOTE: The ordering party does not agree that the roles of the engineer and expert are carried out by the same person.
