Replacement of the Passenger Information System (SIP) and monitoring (CCTV) in the railway vehicle marked EN71-045 and audio systems in railway vehicles marked EN57AKM, divided into two tasks.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has duly completed at least one contract (contract) which included: (a) the supply or delivery of new sets of passenger information system components dedicated to electric traction units with their start-up in vehicles of at least 8 (in words: eight) sets and (b) the supply, installation and configuration of diagnostic and management applications for the remote supervision of vehicles in the Contracting Infrastructure in a total of at least 1 (in words: one) applications (c) whose total value (for point (a) and (b) was a total of at least PLN 200 000,00 net.

2.1. As far as the economic or financial situation is concerned, the Contractor must demonstrate that: 2.1.1 It has financial or credit capacity of not less than: PLN 300 000,00 (in words: PLN 300 thousand) 2.1.2. It has an up-to-date insurance against civil liability in the scope of its business related to the subject-matter of the contract for the sum of insurance not less than PLN 200 000,00 (two hundred thousand zł). The Contractor is obliged to hold a policy of the above value at the time of the contract and, if it expires during the contract, to renew the policy and pay it. 2.1.3. In the case of Contractors making up a common tender, the conditions set out in points 2.1.1. and 2.1.2. above can be met together.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has duly completed at least one order (the contract), which included the supply or delivery of new sets of audio system components dedicated to electric traction units, controlled and fully compatible with the Passenger Information System Central Unit, together with their launch in vehicles in a total quantity of at least 8 (in words: eight) sets of at least 500 000,00 PLN.

2.1. As far as the economic or financial situation is concerned, the Contractor must demonstrate that: 2.1.1 It has financial or credit capacity of not less than: PLN 800 000,00 (in words: PLN eight hundred thousand) 2.1.2. It has an up-to-date insurance against civil liability in the scope of its business related to the subject-matter of the contract for the sum of insurance not less than PLN 500 000,00 (in words: PLN five hundred thousand).

The Contractor is obliged to hold a policy of the above value at the time of the contract and, if it expires during the contract, to renew the policy and pay it. 2.1.3. In the case of Contractors making up a common tender, the conditions set out in points 2.1.1. and 2.1.2. above can be met together.
