Decisive for the offer evaluation is the total price stated in the price sheet (Appendix 2) net for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the compute node including the five-year hardware maintenance and on-site service. The tender with the lowest total price shall be awarded provided that all the minimum requirements of the procurement documents are met. If the price is equal, the lot decides.
