   1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer and multimedia equipment to educational institutions in Bielsko-Biała as part of the project: “Future competitions – modernization of classrooms for practical learning of the profession in Bielsko-Biała”. The order is divided into 2 parts: PART I: Delivery of computer equipment and multimedia equipment to (SALA 137 - Laboratory of environmental research and chemical analysis, SALA 146 - Laboratory of use and operation of renewable energy equipment and systems and SALA 303 - Laboratory of digital printing) Bielska School of Industry at 20 Teodora Street in Bielsko-Biala. 2. The subject matter of the order consists in particular of: - security of the place of delivery/assembly/installation, - delivery and delivery of equipment, - setting, installation, adjustment, installation of equipment in the premises described in the order documentation, - launching, together with checking the correctness of the operation of the Equipment, - granting to the Contractor – unlimited and non-exclusive software licences necessary for the proper operation of the equipment – hereinafter referred to as “software” - delivery to the Contractor of originals or certified in accordance with the original, operating and maintenance instructions, any necessary certificates, certificates, declarations of conformity, etc. Equipment in Polish in paper version (not immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than the day of delivery), - training of the User's employees in the scope of use of the Equipment (confirmed protocol by the User and Supplier), - handing over the instructions for use and operation, - arranging the place of delivery. The detailed parameters and quantities for Part I of the order shall be as set out in Annex 5.1 to the WWZ, i.e. a detailed description of the subject matter of the delivery order (also referred to as ‘SOPZ’). 3.    1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyposażenia komputerowego i multimedialnego do placówek oświatowych w Bielsku-Białej w ramach projektu: „Zawody przyszłości - modernizacja sal do praktycznej nauki zawodu w Bielsku-Białej”. Zamówienie podzielone zostało na 2 części: CZĘŚĆ II: Dostawa wyposażenia komputerowego oraz sprzętu multimedialnego do (SALA 06 - Pomieszczenie dla osób ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (do zajęć rewalidacyjnych oraz terapii), SALA 08- Biblioteka, SALA 23- Pracownia CAD i CNC, SALA 206 - Pracownia montażu, pomiarów i badań układów elektrycznych i elektronicznych) Zespołu Szkół Elektronicznych Elektrycznych i Mechanicznych przy ul. Na przedmiot zamówienia składa się w szczególności: - zabezpieczenie miejsca dostawy/montażu/instalacji, - dostawa oraz wniesienie Wyposażenia, - ustawienie, montaż, regulacja, instalacja Wyposażenia w pomieszczeniach opisanych w dokumentacji zamówienia, - uruchomienie wraz ze sprawdzeniem poprawności działania Wyposażenia, - udzielenie Zamawiającemu – bezterminowych i niewyłącznych licencji na oprogramowanie niezbędne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania sprzętu – zwane dalej „oprogramowaniem” - dostarczenie Zamawiającemu oryginałów lub potwierdzonych za zgodność z oryginałem, instrukcji obsługi i konserwacji, wszelkich niezbędnych atestów, certyfikatów, deklaracji zgodności itp. dostarczonego Wyposażenia w języku polskim w wersji papierowej (niezwłocznie po zawarciu umowy, nie później jednak niż w dniu dostawy), - przeszkolenia pracowników Użytkownika z zakresu użytkowania Wyposażenia (potwierdzone protokolarnie przez Użytkownika i Dostawcę), - przekazanie instrukcji użytkowania i eksploatacji, - uporządkowanie miejsca dostawy.
