Method of evaluation of tenders for the ‘Delivery time’ criterion (TD): In this criterion, tenders may receive a maximum of 20 points. The scoring for this criterion will be granted as follows: delivery time within 14 working days – offer will receive 0 points; delivery time within 10 working days – offer will receive 10 points; delivery time within 7 working days – offer will receive 20 points. The delivery date of the subject-matter of the contract may not exceed 14 working days from the date of signature of the contract. If the Contractor does not specify the number of days in the Tender Form, The Contracting Authority will adopt the maximum value, i.e. 14 working days. If the Contractor offers a contract completion date longer than 14 working days, such tender shall be rejected

Method of assessment for the guarantee term (TG): A maximum of 20 points can be obtained for this criterion. The offer will receive 0 points for offering a 24 month guarantee term. For the offer of a 36 month guarantee term, the offer will receive 20 points. The term of the contract shall not be less than 24 months.
