  Price for delivery according to the subject of the order. The Contracting Authority shall award points in this criterion on the basis of the information provided in the Tender Form.
• Execution date in the offer35%

  not less than 7 days and not more than 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract The Contracting Authority shall award points in this criterion on the basis of the information given in the Tender Form. Where the Contractor declares a deadline of more than 21 days The Contracting Authority shall accept that the Contractor has offered a term of execution which is incompatible with the required, resulting in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Act. Where the Contractor declares a deadline of less than 7 days The Ordering Party will accept the time limit of 7 days. The Contracting Authority shall require that the date of implementation be stated in full days. The date of implementation shall be reported as the total number of full days. If an incomplete number is indicated, e.g. 15,5 days, The Ordering Party shall round the declared deadline down to the full day, i.e. for evaluation, assume that the Contractor has offered a deadline of 15 days.

  In this criterion, the Contracting Authority will award points for the employment or secondment of a disabled person for the performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall assess this criterion on the basis of a declaration made by the Contractor in the form of an offer.
