• Price

  Method of calculating the points in the criterion — Gross price (C) — weight 60% Points for the ‘Price’ criterion will be awarded on the basis of the gross price indicated by the Contractor in the tender form. The offer with the lowest gross price offered will receive 60 points. Other offers will receive points according to the formula: Point value = 60 x (Cmin/Cb) where: Cmin - the lowest price among tenders submitted (gross price), Cb - price of the tested bid (gross price). The final result of this action shall be rounded to two decimal places.

• Quality

  Points for the criterion ‘Term of performance of the contract’ will be awarded on the basis of the deadline, i.e. the number of days of performance of the contract - indicated by the contractor in the tender form. The highest number of points will be awarded by the Contracting Authority, which will undertake to perform the contract as soon as possible, but taking into account the time limits indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the minimum time limit for performance of the contract is 90 days, a maximum of 120 days with the date of conclusion of the contract. Point value = 40 x ((Tmax - Tb)/(Tmax - Tmin)) where: Tmin – the shortest time of performance of the order specified by the Contracting Authority in the WZ, i.e. 90 days Tmax – the maximum time of performance of the order specified by the Contracting Authority in the WZ, i.e. 120 days Tb – the date of execution (number of days) of the contract of the surveyed tender The final result of the above action will be rounded to two decimal places. The maximum number of points that may be awarded to the Contractor in the assessment of this criterion is 40 points.
