Proof of 3 appropriate references on comparable services in the last 3 calendar years in the form of a list. This list shall contain at least the following: the value of the contract, the time of delivery/duration of service provision, the scope and nature of the supply contract and the indication of the public or private recipient. The contractor can prove at least the valid HP partner status gold.

Proof of an existing professional or company liability insurance in the form of a currently valid confirmation by the insurer (self-declarations or contribution invoices are not recognized) - for personal injury 2.000.000 € - for property damage 50.000 € - for property damage (other damage) 50.000 €. If a bidder intends to invoke the capacities of other undertakings for this proof (suitability loan), the corresponding declaration must include the joint liability of the candidate or bidder and the other undertaking for the performance of the contract in accordance with the scope of the suitability loan. Further guidance on the suitability loan can be found in the form attached to the procurement documents.
