Delivery of mobile phone devices (GSM) for the needs of BTA

For the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender, the participant must have completed at least one activity similar to or identical to the subject-matter and volume of the contract. * Such activities are understood as being completed in the period referred to above, regardless of the date of their conclusion. ** An activity identical to or similar to the subject of this order should be understood as the production and/or delivery of mobile phones. *** An activity identical to or similar to the volume of this order should mean production/delivery of at least 150 mobile phones.

Certification: The circumstances shall be certified in Section C of Section IV of Part IV of the EEDOP Technical and professional capacity with an indication of information on the subject-matter and volume activities identical to or similar to those of the contract, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients.

Proof: In the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the requirement shall be demonstrated by a List of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject-matter and volume of the contract, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with proof of the activity carried out (recommendations, reception protocols, references, etc.).
