  Price with a weight of 70%. In the criterion, the total price of the tender will be assessed. The lowest price offer will receive the maximum number of points. Other offers will be assessed in accordance with the formula: Points kc = (Price min / Price x ) x 70 points where: Points kc - number of points in the ‘Price’ criterion for the ‘x’ bid Min price – lowest gross bid price among all tenders submitted Price x – gross bid price The scoring awarded shall be rounded to two decimal places.

• Quality

  Visual parameters of terminal housing (O) with 10% weight. Points in this criterion shall be awarded according to the declared terminal colours in accordance with Chapter XII(1). Pos. 10 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ. Where: No use of the Ordering Party colours referred to in Chapter XII(1). Pos. 10 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ – 0 pt Application of the colours of the Ordering Party at the terminal – 10 pt (The Ordering Party will grant a scoring in this criterion on the basis of the "fulfills/does not fulfil) NOTE! The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to include information on this subject in point 11 of the ‘Offer’ Form. If no appropriate content is indicated in point 11 of the "Offer" Form, The contractor will be awarded 0 points in a given criterion.

• Quality

  Structural protections of terminal housing (W) with 5% weight. Points in this criterion will be awarded according to the use of the terminal housing screw (i.e. other than “flat”, “crossing”, “star” or “torx”) in accordance with Chapter XII(1). Pos. 10 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ. Where: Applications of the standard screw fixing terminal housing referred to in Chapter XII(1). Pos. 10 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ – 0 pt Application of the custom screw fixing the terminal housing – 5 pt (The Contracting Authority will grant the scoring in this criterion on the basis of the "fulfills / fails) NOTE! The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to include information on this subject in point 11 of the ‘Offer’ Form. If no appropriate content is indicated in point 11 of the "Offer" Form, The contractor will be awarded 0 points in a given criterion.

• Quality

  Functionality of the device management system (M) with 5% weight. The points in this criterion shall be awarded according to the use of the MDM to provide a tracking and identification mechanism for the use of the battery, to read the battery serial number, together with the presentation of the use of the A and B batteries assigned to the device, in accordance with Chapter XII(1). Pos. 15 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ. Where: No application of the abovementioned mechanism referred to in Chapter XII(1). Pos. 15 col. Parameters Scoring OPZ – 0 pt Application of the above-mentioned solution in MDM – 5 pt (The Contracting Authority will grant the scoring in this criterion on the basis of "fulfills/does not meet) NOTE! The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to include information on this subject in point 11 of the ‘Offer’ Form. If no appropriate content is indicated in point 11 of the "Offer" Form, The contractor will be awarded 0 points in a given criterion.

• Quality

  Wireless terminal communication module (E) with 5% weight. Points in this criterion will be awarded depending on the ability to read payment cards through the screen (the antenna built into the terminal screen), the device must have an EMVC certificate in accordance with Chapter XII(1). Item 22 col. Parameters Scoring OPZ. Where: No payment cards are readable by a touchdown to the screen referred to in Chapter XII(1). Item 22 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ – 0 pt – 0 pt Application of the location in the terminal allowing the reading of payment cards through the screen – 5 pt (The Ordering Party will grant the scoring in this criterion on a "fulfills/does not fulfil) NOTE! The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to submit the evidence referred to in Chapter V(1) of the SWI and shall include information on this in point 11 of the ‘Offer’ Form.

• Quality

  Ergonomic accessories terminal (P) weighing 5%. The points in this criterion shall be awarded depending on the use in the hand strap with adjustment and the position on the lynx fitted with a belt buckle, preventing the terminal from self-exiting, allowing the user to pull itself out of the belt by means of one hand, without requiring disassembly when loading the device at the docking station in accordance with Chapter XII(1). Pos. 24 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ. Where: No application of the strap attachment referred to in Chapter XII(1). Item 24 col. Parameters Pointed OPZ – 0 pt. Application of the strap strap not requiring disassembly during loading of the device at the docking station – 5 pt. (The Contracting Authority will grant a scoring in this criterion on the basis of ‘complys/does not meet) NOTE!
