  2. The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply of network infrastructure components, i.e.:
  1. devices according to the specification ‘Type 1 switch’ in number of 7 units;
  2. devices according to the specification ‘Type 2 switch’ in number of 6 units;

O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej – Wykonawcy, którzy wykonali, a w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych również wykonują, w okresie ostatnich 3 (trzech) lat, licząc wstecz od dnia, w którym upływa termin składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, co najmniej 1 (jedno) zamówienie polegające na dostawie urządzeń sieciowych o wartości nie mniejszej niż 200 000,00 zł netto.

  1. W przypadku, gdy Wykonawca polega na zdolnościach lub sytuacji podmiotów udostępniających zasoby, jest on zobowiązany złożyć wraz z ofertą zobowiązanie podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby do oddania mu do dyspozycji niezbędnych zasobów na potrzeby realizacji zamówienia lub inny podmiotowy środek dowodowy potwierdzający, że Wykonawca realizując zamówienie, będzie dysponował niezbędnymi zasobami tych podmiotów.
  2. Zobowiązanie podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby, o którym mowa w ust. 1, musi potwierdzać, że stosunek łączący Wykonawcę z podmiotami udostępniającymi zasoby gwarantuje rzeczywisty dostęp do tych zasobów oraz musi określać w szczególności:
  1. zakres dostępnych Wykonawcy zasobów podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby;
  2. sposób i okres udostępnienia Wykonawcy i wykorzystania przez niego zasobów podmiotu udostępniającego te zasoby przy wykonywaniu zamówienia.
  3. Niezależnie od postanowień ust. 2, Zamawiający zaleca, aby zobowiązanie, o którym tam mowa, zostało złożone na formularzu stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ – Zobowiązanie podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby do oddania Wykonawcy do dyspozycji niezbędnych zasobów na potrzeby realizacji zamówienia.
