What the buyer wants
- The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of electric alarm sirens for civil protection activities under the Civil Protection and Defence Programme for the years 2025-2026.
- The detailed description and method of performance of the contract shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract, which shall be annexed to the WWZ. The subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly, connection, configuration and launch of electronic alarm sirens in the locations and places indicated by the Ordering Authority. (OSP Grójec, OS Mirowice, OS Kośmin, OS Pabierowice).The contractor will be required to perform all the work, deliver all the materials, equipment, installation elements and equipment necessary for proper installation, connection, commissioning and operation of the sirens and warning system, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and technical requirements of the manufacturer. Materials used for assembly must be brand new - the year of production not earlier than 2026. The scope of the order includes in particular:
- Delivery of factory new electronic sirens with necessary equipment.
- The assembly of the sirens in the places indicated by the Ordering Party.
- Performing the necessary installation and assembly work, including required electrical, power, control and communication connections.
- Delivery and assembly of all necessary components, components, wires, safety, mountings and other materials necessary for proper operation of the equipment.
- Configuration, integration and commissioning of sirens and required elements of the warning system, including the control and communication system, if covered by the order.
- Conducting tests and functional tests confirming the correct operation of the sirens and cooperation of all the components of the system supplied.
- Transmission of complete technical documentation, operating instructions and documents required for proper use and reception of the installation to the Contracting Authority.
- Connection of the siren to the alert system of the TSOs.
- Consider at the assembly stage a combination of two sirens (old and new).
- Training of persons designated by the Contracting Authority to operate the system, if required. The contractor must complete the order in a complete manner and ensure that the system is ready to use.The scope of the work shall also cover all the activities and elements necessary to achieve that objective, even if they are not specifically mentioned in the above list, if they are necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract and fall within its scope.The subject matter of the order will be deemed to have been carried out after the Ordering Party has received and confirmed the correct operation of the equipment supplied, installed and activated.
