3) sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy posiadają polisę, a w przypadku jej braku innego dokumentu potwierdzającego, że Wykonawca jest ubezpieczony od odpowiedzialności cywilnej w zakresie prowadzonej działalności związanej z przedmiotem zamówienia na sumę ubezpieczenia minimum 2.000.000,00 zł. 4) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej:
- Wykonawcy. dla dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej: Wykonawca musi wykazać, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, należycie wykonał, co najmniej jedną usługę polegającą na wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowej wielobranżowej (projekt budowlany i wykonawczy).Dokumentacja projektowa wielobranżowa musi dotyczyć budowy lub przebudowy obiektów linowych i obejmować swym zakresem co najmniej roboty drogowe, instalacyjne (elektryczne, wodno – kanalizacyjne). dla robót budowlanych: Wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, w okresie ostatnich 5 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, wykonał należyci co najmniej jedną robotę budowlaną polegającą na budowie, przebudowie lub remoncie jezdni, chodników, parkingów o wartości nie mniejszej niż 3.000.000,00 zł brutto.
- Osoby. Wykonawca musi wskazać osoby skierowane do realizacji zamówienia legitymujące się kwalifikacjami zawodowymi i uprawnieniami odpowiednimi do funkcji, jakie zostaną im powierzone. Wykonawca wskaże osoby, które musi mieć dostępne na etapie realizacji zamówienia, spełniające następujące wymagania: dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa: posiadają uprawnienia projektowe określone przepisami Prawa budowlanego w następujących specjalnościach:
- w zakresie branży drogowej;
- instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń: elektrycznych i elektroenergetycznych. realizacja robót budowlanych:
- osoba, która będzie pełnić funkcję kierownika robót, posiadająca uprawnienia do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w specjalności instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń elektrycznych i elektroenergetycznych;
- osoba, która będzie pełnić funkcję kierownika budowy, posiadająca uprawnienia do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w specjalności drogowej.
