    In the ‘Gross tender price’ criterion, the highest number of points, i.e. 100,00, will be awarded a bid containing the lowest gross price of non-rejected tenders, each following being made as follows: Gross bid price = lowest gross bid price out of all the tenders to be assessed / gross bid price evaluated x 100 points. NOTE: The gross tender price is the price given in the ‘Offer’ form, which is Annex 2 to the SWI. The contractor may obtain a maximum of 100,00 points in total. The calculation of the scoring shall be made to two decimal places. The Contracting Authority will award the contract to the Contractor whose offer will be awarded the highest number of points.
