warunek dotyczący zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Wykonawca spełni ten warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej jedno zamówienie obejmujące dostawę notebooków na kwotę co najmniej 300.000,00 zł brutto (pojedynczego zamówienia), wraz z podaniem ich wartości, przedmiotu (ze wskazaniem producenta przedmiotu zamówienia), dat wykonania i podmiotów, na rzecz których zamówienia (dostawy z uruchomieniem i wsparciem serwisowym) zostały wykonane, oraz załączeniem dowodów, czy zostały wykonane lub są wykonywane należycie.

Dowodem, o którym mowa powyżej, zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 lipca 2016 r. w sprawie rodzajów dokumentów, jakich może żądać Zamawiający od Wykonawcy, oraz form, w jakich te dokumenty mogą być składane będzie poświadczenie podmiotów, na rzecz których dostawy były (są) wykonane
