Delivery of portable and stationary computer equipment and monitors

The participant should have completed for the last three years from the date of submission of the tender, subject and volume activities identical to or similar to those of the contract under separate item No 1.

Notes: Under activities with a subject matter and volume identical to or similar to those of the contract under separate heading No 1, one or more deliveries of notebooks shall be understood, with a total volume of all deliveries of at least 90 (ninety) delivered the number of notebooks for the last three years from the date of submission of the offer. This activity has been completed, the execution of which has been completed within the period set by the Contracting Party, irrespective of the date of execution.

When submitting the offer, the participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by filling in the EEDOP Part IV In order to demonstrate its technical and professional capabilities, the participant shall present a List of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract at position No 1, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the delivery.

The documents demonstrating compliance with technical and professional capabilities shall be submitted by the selected contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract for the award of the contract under separate item No 1 or upon request during the procedure under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act.

Notes: Under activities with a subject matter and volume identical or similar to those of the contract under separate heading No 2, one or more supplies of monitors shall be understood, with a total volume of all supplies of at least 140 (one hundred and forty) supplied, for a total of the last three years from the date of submission of the offer. This activity has been completed, the execution of which has been completed within the period set by the Contracting Party, irrespective of the date of execution.

When submitting the offer, the participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by filling in the EEDOP Part IV In order to demonstrate its technical and professional capabilities, the participant shall submit a List of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract under separate heading No 2, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the delivery.

The documents demonstrating compliance with technical and professional capabilities shall be submitted by the selected contractor before the contract for the award of the contract under separate item No 2 or upon request during the procedure under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act.

The participant should have completed for the last three years from the date of submission of the tender, subject and volume activities identical to or similar to those of the contract under separate item No 3.

Notes: Under activities with a subject matter and volume identical or similar to those of the contract under separate heading No 3, one or more deliveries of desktop computers shall be understood, with a total volume of all supplies of at least 50 (fifteen) delivered on desktop computers for the last three years from the date of submission of the offer. This activity has been completed, the execution of which has been completed within the period set by the Contracting Party, irrespective of the date of execution.

When submitting the offer, the participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by filling in the EEDOP Part IV In order to demonstrate its technical and professional capabilities, the participant shall present a List of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract at position No 3, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the delivery.

The documents demonstrating compliance with technical and professional capabilities shall be submitted by the selected contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract for the award of the contract under separate item No 3 or upon request in the course of the procedure under the conditions of art. 67, para 5 of the Public Procurement Act.
