Within the scope of the contract, delivery of 3 notebooks with minimum technical characteristics specified in the technical specification of the contract shall be initiated. Terms and method of acceptance - signing an admission-transition protocol and presentation of an invoice-original. Method of payment: 100% after the contract is executed and after signing a transmission protocol.

The participant must have carried out an activity with an object similar to that of this contract for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender. Minimum required level: In the last 3 years, as from the date of submission of the tender, at least 1 / one/ activity with an object similar to the object of the order. * A similar activity to the subject matter of the order should mean delivery of computer equipment.

When submitting the tender, participants shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by completing the relevant section of the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the requirement: - a list of supplies which are identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the delivery.

The documents shall be submitted by the participant designated as a contractor or when requested in the course of the procedure in the case of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act.
