Delivery of portable computers, with provided warranty support for the needs of Elektrodistribution Yug EAD

The participant must have certain professional competence for the performance of the contract.

Minimum requirements: Not less than two specialists certified for carrying out the guarantee support activities of the equipment offered with certificates issued by the equipment manufacturer or equivalents; Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section C shall be completed upon submission of the tender: Technical and professional capabilities, specifying a list of the staff to perform the order, which indicates the professional competence of the persons; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Office shall be presented a list of the staff to carry out the contract, which shall indicate the professional competence of the persons and documents which prove the professional competence of the persons.

The participant must have the tools, facilities and technical equipment necessary to perform the order Minimum requirements: The participant must have a service base for carrying out the maintenance activities of the offered equipment on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section C shall be completed when submitting the tender: Technical and professional capabilities, from the EEDOP, indicating the exact address of the service base; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the ZOP shall be presented a declaration signed by the person (s) representing the participant for the presence of the service base (with an indication of its exact address).

The participant shall apply a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with a range corresponding to the subject-matter of this contract. Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section D shall be completed when submitting the tender: Quality assurance standards; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall be presented with a certified copy of a valid certificate EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with a scope corresponding to the subject-matter of this contract, or relevant evidence under Art. 64, para 6, para 7 and para 8 of the Public Procurement Act.
