In the last 3 (three) completed financial years depending on the date on which the participant was set up or started operating, the participant must have achieved a minimum total turnover of not less than two times the estimated value of the contract. For the participant Note: According to § 2, t. 66 of the R & D of the Law on Accounting.
For the last three years from the date of submission of the tender, the participant must have carried out an activity (s) with an object identical or similar to that of the contract. The Note 1: The contracting authority shall not require volume and/or minimum value. Note 2: The contracting authority will accept the requirement to meet whether the activities are performed together or under separate contracts/acquirements and whether they are met on/for one contracting entity or on/for different contracting entities.
