  Tenders will be converted according to the formula: price offered at the minimum gross price = --------------------------------------------------- x100 x 53% of the price of the gross bid tested The bid at the lowest price will receive a maximum number of points – 53 points. Other offers will be converted according to the above formula. The number of points of the tender to be obtained will be multiplied by the weight of this criterion. The result will be treated as a point value of the tender in the tender price criterion.

  In this criterion, the tender may receive up to 40 percentage points. In the ‘System Update Time’ criterion The Contracting Authority will assign points depending on the time limit stated in the tender form by the contractor for updating the system, calculated from the moment the new legal act (e.g. the journal of laws) appears to the stage of the act developed. By an act developed, the Contracting Authority understands the text harmonised and related to the legal acts to which the amendment refers. Minimum system update time – 24 hours, maximum system update time 72 hours. The Contracting Authority shall allocate the unit point values as follows: . . declared maximum update time of the system – 72 hours from the moment of the new legislative act – 0 point . . declared maximum update time of the system – 48 hours from the moment of the new legislative act – 20 percentage points . . declared maximum update time of the service – 24 hours from the moment of the new legislative act – 40 percentage points.
• Expert hotline in the field of public procurement, labor law, social security, taxes, and accounting guaranteeing quick and specialized support from an expert in a specific case1%

  In this criterion, the offer may reach up to 1 percentage point. Expert support in the field of public procurement, labour law and social security, taxes and accounting, guaranteeing quick and specialized expert support on a specific case. The Contracting Authority will grant individual point values as follows: - lack of functionality of expert hotline - 0 points - system contains expert hotline functionality - 1 point
• Specialized module Tax Law – Prof. Modzelewski with access to resources from the "Tax Law" series of the Modzelewski and Partners Tax Studies Institute, including comments on, among others: the acts on goods and services tax, excise tax, personal income tax1%

  In this criterion, the offer may reach up to 1 percentage point. Specialised module Tax Law – Prof. Modzelewski with access to the resources of the series "ISCED Law" of the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski and Partners, including comments on: tax on goods and services, excise tax law, personal income tax law.   In this criterion, the offer may reach up to 1 percentage point.   In this criterion, the offer may reach up to 1 percentage point. Module Private Law System includes Civil Law, Trade Law, Obligations Law, Unnamed Contracts Law, Family Law, Copyright Law, Industrial Property Law, Capital Companies Law, Securities Law, Private International Law. • Ability to add personal files to the system and the ability to share selected folders (briefcases) of the system with other users, e.g., rulings concerning a specific case1%

  In this criterion, the offer may reach up to 1 percentage point. A module for lawyers and academics, supporting the writing of scientific work, legal opinion or judgment, by enriching the book publications held by the Contractor about their version of pdf, having functionality allowing the user to quote the publication accurately, taking into account the page number, conveniently navigate after it, while the PDF publication must be identical to the paper version.
