The participant should have carried out activities with an object and volume identical to or similar to those of the order for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender (Art. 63, para 1, item 1 (b) of the Public Procurement Act). Minimum requirement: In the last three years, as from the date of submission of the tender, the participant has completed at least one activity with an object identical to or similar to those of the present procurement.

The implementation shall be understood as having been completed by the date of submission of the tender. A multifunctional device and/or copiers and/or printers and/or scanners should be considered to be supplied by a subject identical to or similar to that of the present public contract. The contracting authority shall not set volume requirements.

The participant shall declare compliance with the selection criterion by reference to the information in Section C of Part IV: Upon request by the contracting authority, in the cases referred to in Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act and upon conclusion of a contract for proof of compliance with the set selection criterion, the participant shall provide List of supplies identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract, c indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with proof of delivery, (Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act).

The evidence should be issued by the recipient of the supply in the form of protocols, references, recommendations, etc. documents or by reference to a public register in which information on the delivery was published. The selection criterion applies to each position.

In case of participation in more than one position, the requirement applies in total to all positions, i.e. it is sufficient for the participant to carry out a minimum of 1 (one) activity with an object identical to or similar to that of the contract for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender for the positions for which it participates with a view to covering the selection criterion laid down The contracting authority may not accept any evidence of technical and professional capabilities provided where it arises from a person who has an interest which may result in a benefit within the meaning of Art. 76 of the GBSLP
